Dolphin-Powered Boogie Board Ride
Oceans remain one of the most mysterious places of the world. They're a little scary, very fascinating, and entirely beautiful. Make your beach vacation complete with an interactive encounter with some of our favorite diplomats of the ocean, dolphins.
Our Dolphin Swim and Ride Tour at Dolphin Discovery in Los Cabos provides an amazing experience learning about and swimming with, our marine mammal friends. This package includes transportation to and from your hotel, access to a buffet and open bar, a 20-minute boat ride on the ocean, a 15-minute briefing, and 40 minutes in the water with our dolphins.
While you are in the water, one of our trainers will assist you in riding a boogie board as a dolphin pushes you across the water. You will also get a belly ride where you hold a dolphin's fins as he swims backwards. The dolphin will demonstrate some of the games it loves to play and give our swimmers a kiss and a hug.
Safety is a top concern of all our guests, humans and dolphins alike. Please wear biodegradable sunscreen for the safety of aquatic friends. All participants in the dolphin swim will be provided with a life jacket to wear. Children younger than 8 years old will not be able to participate in the boogie push or belly ride. We also ask that women more than 5 months pregnant not participate in any aquatic programs for the safety of you and your family. Women less than 5 months pregnant can participate but must be accompanied by another adult and sign a release form. We have lockers on-site to hold your valuables while you swim.
Remember to bring Mexican pesos and arrive about 30 minutes early so that everyone has enough time to get ready to enter the water as scheduled. We like to keep things moving so everyone gets the maximum time in the water. Our groups are limited to 12 guests so that everyone has a closer experience with our dolphins.

Restrictions
- Additional $20 USD per companion from Cabo San Lucas or Corredor and $10 USD from San Jose del Cabo.
- For safety reason kids less than 8 years old are not allowed to participate in the boogie push or belly ride.
- In Los Cabos, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a closer experience.
- The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
- IMPORTANT: For the moment we are NOT receiving dollars in cash at our location (check in, restaurant, boutique and photos), we are getting pesos in cash and if you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US Currency.
- For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and later) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
